By the way, I appreciate the absence of regional pizza chauvinism in your report. So many times here in Phoenix I hear from Chicagoans who say that deep-dish is the only acceptable pizza or from New Yorkers who believe that every pizza must be thin, greasy, foldable, and sold by the slice. I thought it was pretty good.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;For those who want to use it as a point of comparison, which is reasonable as both make the same style of pizza in a wood-burning over, let me make the following comparison:  Every single element of a Pizza Bianco pizza is multiple times better than a Spacca Napoli pizza. Most notable being the Inn at Little Washington.&lt;BR/&gt;And have been to many fabulous restaurant's from Jean George to the French Laundry. But nothing left such a inspiring impression as Pizzeria Bianco.
